IN OTHER NEWS ….Florida of course, is known for its hurricanes. This is coverage sample is from Hurricane Nicole from 2022. In a period of just two years, historic Hurricanes of Ian (2022) and Milton (2024) also impacted the FOX 35 viewing area with flooding rain, damaging wind and devastating beach home-swallowing erosion. Besides rare twisters, tropical tracking is our main focus in Florida television meteorology.
