Mentoring the next generation
I helped launch and now lead the FOX 35 Weather Internship Program, giving aspiring broadcast meteorologists practical newsroom experience.
Experience & leadership
My career began in 2003. Across seven markets, the purpose has stayed consistent: help people understand the weather, make informed decisions, and trust the person delivering the forecast.
How I work
Strong weather coverage starts before the cameras turn on. It takes clear priorities, good communication, and a team that knows what to expect from one another.
I value the producers, directors, photographers, engineers, and fellow meteorologists who make every broadcast possible. The audience sees the person on screen; the work belongs to the team.

I serve on the American Meteorological Society’s Certified Broadcast Meteorologist Exam Committee and hold both AMS and NWA Seals.
As a member of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, I serve as a judge for its annual awards.
